Once again, Sicily is the inspiration behind this delicious summer recipe that is able to satisfy the sophisticated palate of our beloved customers. Top chefs compete in Italy every summer to create and produce a plate that represents the character of the island with fresh ingredients. This weekend Luisa Silvia will use her experience to win this competition.
We prepare the Carnaroli risotto with shallot, white wine and shimp’s bisque. Round zucchini that has been previously carved and cooked will be filled with risotto and topped with a sauteed red shrimp with lime. Leeks, zucchini, lightly spicy vellutee and more shrimp will surround the preparation.
