28 Sep PAPPARDELLE AL VINO, OLIO, AGLIO, PEPERONCINO E ALGA DULSE. GAMBERI MARINATI E CAVIALE DI TROTA.
Weekend Special: September 29 – October 1, 2017
Inspiration comes from “red dulse seaweed” which is actually considered the latest super food due to the concentration of minerals, vitamins, antioxidants, potassium and is one of the most productive protein sources on the planet. You will see how this works in combination with one of the most traditional Italian recipes.
Pappardelle are made of semola flour, egg yolks, white wine and pan seared in Extra Virgin Olive Oil, garlic, red pepper flakes and red alga dulse. Slow cooked spot prawn and golden char enhance the seafood flavor.
