Spanish Octopus is cooked in its own water with vegetables for two hours until it reaches the perfect tenderness. The octopus is then diced and combined with peeled red bell pepper, black olives and cherry tomatoes in a pan with Extra Virgin Olive Oil. The fettuccine is prepared with semola flour, organic eggs and lemon zest. Fresh basil will top the fettuccine and octopus sauce to create this great summer plate.
