Gnocchi di patate viola, funghi Lobster, cozze, Maine lobster, e crema allo zafferano begins with mashed purple potatoes mixed with doppio zero flour to form gnocchi. The fresh pasta is sautéed with Lobster mushrooms trifolati and Salt Spring Island mussels. Then finished with ragout of Maine lobster and a delicate saffron sauce.
